Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

  • For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a refund under specific circumstances outlined below:

  • Full Refund: If the client cancels the appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will e issued.

  • Partial Refund: If the client cancels within 24-48 hours of the appointment, a partial refund (minus a processing fee) will be issued.

  • No Refund: If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment or fails to show up, no refund will be provided.
